The JADE Student Management System (JADE SMS) is a complete administration
system, successfully proven in the market in both vocational and
academic sectors with an enviable track record for delivering on

JADE SMS integrates all key processes, transactions, business
and academic rules across the institution, helping to deliver efficient,
effective information.
JADE SMS PROCESSES
JADE SMS encapsulates all of the core business and academic rules, integrating
with all other key management software from financials, timetabling
and optimisation, human resource management, and other software
as required.
At the core of JADE Student Management System are three key capabilities:
- The Client Structures
Provides a 360 degree view by holding information on students,
organisations, staff, contacts, committee members, the relationship
between them and the institution. This feature is part of the
